I will say that I was disappointed near the end by the heroine's confusion and anger which caused the story to lose its momentum. It allowed for the completion of the hero's redemption, but it forced a rushed and somewhat unbelievable ending.I always enjoy Lacy Williams's novels for their unusual characters and plot lines.
I always like a redemption story. Liked the characters and the plot.
The story is a beautiful demonstration of how God uses the power of love and compassion to turn lives around. It is heartwarming to feel the emotions of the characters as these changes are taking place in their hearts.
I found this book okay,but not her best work. It is slow and frankly needed more of a change in settings. I found the heroine a bit too sweet, but the boy was precious. I recommend other books by this author instead.

I just love reading these CHristian Romance Novels. They are inspiring--always have you wondering what's going to happen next and they always find GOD AND LOVE! A-MEN!
This was a light read, but enjoyable. The message of a changed life through Jesus Christ was encouraging. The story was a bit predictable, yet had some turns which kept you entertained.
